Dynamic and collaborative professional environment. **Description:** ---------------- An architectural studio located in Las Arenas (Getxo), specializing in building construction, renovations, rehabilitation, urban planning, and architectural competitions, is seeking a Technical Architect or Quantity Surveyor who brings experience, technical rigor, and enthusiasm to grow further within a dynamic and collaborative professional environment. You will join the studio’s technical team, actively participating in the technical and economic control of construction works, budget preparation, and coordination among various stakeholders involved in projects. You will have the opportunity to engage in residential and retail projects, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and proper execution of works. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of budgets, quantity take-offs, and economic control of construction works. * Technical supervision and monitoring of construction works, both on-site and in coordination with subcontractors. * Handling of technical drawings in AutoCAD. * Management of permits, administrative procedures, and official documentation. * Support to the architecture team in making technical and design-related decisions.
