Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented individual to comprehensively manage the payroll cycle and labor administration in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the full payroll cycle 2. Labor and salary administration for the workforce 3. A3 NOM knowledge is a plus We seek a person to manage the full payroll cycle at a construction company located in Ourense. Duties include payroll preparation, management of variable salary components and social security contributions, IRPF and severance payment calculations, incident registration, and drafting of employment contracts, among other tasks inherent to this position. This is a full-time contract, Monday to Friday, with a split working schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, including legally mandated breaks. The candidate will be responsible for all matters related to labor and salary administration for the workforce. * A3 NOM knowledge is a plus. * We seek a dynamic and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Relevant education or training for this position.
