ACCNAA, within its construction business line, is seeking to incorporate a Construction Manager for an important building project in the Zorrotzaurre area of Bilbao. The candidate will be responsible for the technical and economic management of works, client management, and contract management. Job Description Mission: Execute assigned portions of the project within their unit/department according to established procedures, facilitating compliance with set deadlines and coordinating necessary resources (human and material), while driving significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction works are carried out on time, to specifications, and within budget.
