The main objective would be to define, design, validate, industrialize, maintain, and support hardware products in terms of quality, cost, and schedule according to established processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Definition, development, simulation, and validation of HW designs + Requirement definition + Schematic design and implementation + Circuit simulation + PCB routing + Design validation - Functional - Non-functional (EMC, environmental...) * Definition, development, and validation of firmware for microcontrollers + Design and implementation + HW\-FW integration + Design validation * Support for incident resolution + Provide support for manufacturing and customer product issues. + Provide support for analysis and repair of serial production and after-sales equipment. * Other responsibilities + Participate in Improvement Initiatives / PG Investments (Management Plan). **Educational requirements and knowledge:** * Education: Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering or similar. * Experience in designing power, analog, and digital electronic circuits + Preferably with experience in Altium * C programming + Experience programming microcontrollers of different architectures: ARM, ATMega, etc. * Instrumentation (oscilloscopes, probes, programmers, electronic loads...) * Communication protocols: Ethernet, RS\-485, CAN, SPI, I2C, etc. * XJTAG. * Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Advanced level of English. * Optional training (desirable) + Safety, preferably in a railway environment: EN 50126, EN 50129 + Knowledge of railway standards for electronic equipment design EN 50155 + Soldering of electronic components. + Cable assembly. + Jira, Enovia, Bugzilla. **What do we offer?** Integration into a core company of the CAF Group, with a highly qualified team. * Flexible working hours. * Reduced working day on Fridays, eve of holidays, and three months during summer. * Bank of days allocated for teleworking. * Competitive compensation according to experience, knowledge, and demonstrable capabilities. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible remuneration. * Daily meal partially subsidized by the company; employees pay 3€ per meal.
