Administrative management of cases and files This is a Consumer Technician position for the municipality of La Garriga. Duties include providing assistance and counseling to consumers, handling consumer-related inquiries and complaints at municipal offices (OMIC). A university degree in Law, Economics, Information Sciences, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field is mandatory. A commercial contract is offered, with working hours on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tasks include consumer assistance and counseling. Receiving consumer complaints and inquiries at municipal offices (OMIC). Job duties also encompass the administrative management of cases and files.
