




We are seeking a person to supervise and manage construction projects, specifically in the field of industrial buildings. Key responsibilities include daily organization and coordination of a team of 3 to 4 workers, ensuring tasks are carried out according to established deadlines, quality standards, and budget. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning work progress, supervising staff performance, and assigning tasks efficiently. They will also manage control of materials, tools, and auxiliary equipment, coordinate with the site management team, and report on project progress. Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is essential, as is the prompt resolution of any issues arising during daily operations. Prior experience in team management and in the industrial building sector is required. A valid Type B driving license is mandatory. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and an approximate gross monthly salary of €2,500.
