Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative support professional for development and selection, responsible for performance evaluation, objective management, promotions, and recruitment processes, handling information tools. Preparation of reports on evaluations, objectives, and staffing We are looking for a person to perform administrative support tasks within the development and selection area. Responsibilities include supporting performance evaluation, objective management, remuneration-based promotions, and personnel recruitment processes. Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI is required, along with advanced mastery of Microsoft 365. Administrative tasks will also be performed in SAP HR, and data entry will be carried out across various applications. You will collaborate on improving information systems and automating processes. You will prepare reports on evaluations, objectives, experience, and staffing. A high school diploma or higher vocational training qualification is required. At least two years of relevant work experience, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel, are mandatory. A partial retirement replacement contract (50%) is offered, with a part-time working schedule of 3 hours and 45 minutes per day. The annual gross salary ranges between €9,508 and €18,536, plus a variable component. Working hours will be adapted to the position and may involve shift work.
