Organize, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to policies and procedures. Record, store, access and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code and summarize numerical and financial data to collect and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing or payroll tables and reports. Complete closing procedures and reports at the end of the period as specified. Prepare, examine, reconcile and issue accounts, invoices and statements according to company procedures. Track and resolve overdue accounts and supplier invoices until full payment is received or resolved. Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received from all employees handling cash. Document, maintain, communicate and act upon any cash discrepancies. Prepare, maintain and manage all cash drawers and contracts. Comply with company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using proper protocols. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.
