Responsibilities: ### **Your day-to-day with us:** * Managing the customer collections process, collaborating closely with teams such as Sales, Billing, Treasury, Control, Master Data and others. * Continuous follow-up to ensure payments are made on time. * Administration of key customer documentation: corrective invoices, credits, charges, etc. * Tracking claims, invoice corrections, payment reminders, and managing non-payments or risks of delinquency. * Ensuring compliance with the internal control framework (GCS), correctly executing key controls assigned to the area. * Providing support and information during corporate audits when necessary.
