We require a **Maintenance Technician** for our factory located in Sant Andreu de la Barca. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your mission will be to repair, adjust, and maintain company machinery and facilities, as well as perform any auxiliary tasks necessary for smooth workflow execution. **Your responsibilities:** Following the work schedule outlined in the Planning and instructions from the Maintenance Manager, you will carry out maintenance tasks—preventive, corrective, and predictive—on company machinery and facilities, covering mechanical, electrical, and electronic aspects. You will keep your work area and equipment clean and orderly. You will report all incidents detected during your shift to the Maintenance Manager or, in their absence, to the Workshop Manager. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract * Shift work (M-T-N), Monday to Friday, rotating every 15 days. * On-call duties when scheduled * Annual gross salary of €35,000–40,000 (negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications). * Local residence is an advantage REQUIREMENTS * Vocational training qualification (FPII or CGFS) in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Production Maintenance, or related field * Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar roles within production plants * Ability to work effectively * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Initiative * Teamwork capability with a certain degree of autonomy * Attention to detail and rigor * Orderliness and cleanliness
