You will join the **Basque Culinary Center**’s Technology Center, the **GOe Tech Center**, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop by participating in innovation projects alongside companies and institutions in the gastronomy and food sectors. **Your primary mission** will be to support the execution and development of projects in the Territorial Development Area, collaborating with the team across various phases and gaining a holistic view of project development. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Support coordination and execution of projects, collaborating with the team and engaging with various stakeholders. * Support information analysis, situation diagnosis, and proposal development. * Collaboratively contribute to the development of deliverables. * Support business development initiatives of the Technology Center. * Support initiatives that add value to the Technology Center’s innovation domain. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Tourism, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Initial experience (internships or up to 1–2 years) in project management, consulting, or innovation-related environments. * Interest in innovation, strategy, and the gastronomy/food sector. * Good level of Basque and English (C1 level preferred or in progress). * Availability for occasional travel. **We would especially value if…** * You are interested in R&D&I and in the gastronomy sector. * You work well in teams and thrive in dynamic environments. * You demonstrate initiative, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. * You are interested in business development and opportunity identification. **What do we offer?** * Join a continuous learning environment. * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Be part of an innovative, multidisciplinary, and multicultural ecosystem. * A work environment built on trust, collaboration, and growth. * A positive work atmosphere where we care for our team members. * We promote an inclusive environment.
