Youth trainees (SOC – PRACTICE PROMOTION). Beneficiaries of subsidized employment contracts must meet the following requirements: \- Be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. \- Be under 30 years of age. \- Be registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and possess the capacity to formalize a training employment contract for acquiring professional practice at the time of signing. \- Hold a university degree qualifying them for professional practice, and meet the requirements stipulated for the training employment contract aimed at acquiring professional practice. All requirements and conditions must be verifiable on the first working day immediately prior to the start of the contract. The Technical Support Agent position will be located within the Technical Services Area of the Centelles Town Council (Urban Planning Area). ✔️ Measure and verify various municipal zones: parameters of residential garages, non-urban zones (vacant plots), heritage assets. ✔️ Update parameters (m², location, type of heritage element). ✔️ Perform other tasks assigned within this scope. * Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental Science, and Territorial Planning * Bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1243 * Additional relevant information: Training employment contract for acquiring professional practice.
