Responsibilities: * Engage residents through various activities to foster both cultural and social participation. * Develop individual and group animation techniques, contributing to the integration of residents. * Assess residents’ progress following their participation in scheduled activities. * Promote residents’ personal autonomy and prevent deterioration of their abilities. * Facilitate harmonious coexistence among residents. * Motivate residents to participate in the various scheduled activities. The employment contract will be managed through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency). Working hours: Monday to Friday, split shifts from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
