Key responsibilities include: * Participating in the planning and implementation of intercultural training activities for teaching staff. * Developing educational and awareness-raising materials on interculturality for the educational community. * Delivering socio-emotional skills workshops for students. * Facilitating child and youth participation spaces. Initial contract until 30 June 2026, with possibility of extension. Immediate start. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with adolescents, experience in training and social intervention, and residence in the La Sagra region. **Profile:** Profile: Degree in social or educational fields (social education, social work, pedagogy, psychology, or related disciplines) Experience in social intervention and working with adolescent populations.
