




Job Summary: Social integrators are sought to provide support to service users at their homes, assist families, and collaborate in developing users’ social skills and personal autonomy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the development of social skills and personal autonomy 2. Participate in the planning and implementation of integration activities 3. Support families throughout the social integration process Two Social Integrators are required to support service users either at the same residence or within the same environment, as well as to assist families in required activities or areas. • Collaborate in developing the social skills and personal autonomy of the individuals served. • Participate in the planning and implementation of social integration activities. • Care for and supervise minors both at home and during accompaniment to schools, leisure centers, healthcare facilities, or other venues. • Assist in fostering self-esteem, self-worth, and personal care habits. • Promote positive relationships between the individuals served and their surroundings. • Collaborate in conflict resolution. • Intervene in cases of school absenteeism. • Support families throughout the social integration process of the youth and children served. • Collaborate in organizing leisure-time activation activities and social awareness initiatives. • Organize the habitual residence space of the person assisted. • Instruct and advise the cohabitation unit regarding responsibilities and actions to be assumed. • Supervise household maintenance tasks and manage domestic and financial affairs of the assigned cohabitation unit. • Organize and supervise personal and emotional support tasks, in accordance with safety standards and user-centered care principles. • Apply assessment techniques and procedures to evaluate outcomes achieved in developing the autonomy skills of assigned cases. • Provide support in managing and administering users’ financial affairs. * Minimum 1 year of experience in social integration work with minors and individuals exhibiting high vulnerability * Social integration expertise * Availability of a personal vehicle * Willingness and ability to travel * Temporary employment contract (24 months) * Part-time afternoon schedule (20 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '950' to '1050' * Additional relevant information: Kilometrage between residences is reimbursed at €0.26/km
