Job Summary: At CRAE Colònia Agrícola, we provide residential and cohabitation facilities for young people who cannot live with their families, offering comprehensive socio-educational support and covering basic needs. Fostering ethical values and skills for autonomy. CRAE Colònia Agrícola provides residential and cohabitation facilities for boys and girls who, for any reason, cannot live with their families. We address the physiological needs of minors and provide socio-educational support to young people. Our capacity is 26 youths aged between 14 and 18 years. \- Fulfill the educator’s duties whenever necessary. \- Foster conditions guaranteeing the adolescent’s welcome into an environment of affection, understanding, and emotional and material security. \- Inform the adolescent about the center’s operation, rights, and responsibilities. \- Cover the adolescent’s basic needs (education, food, emotional support, hygiene, health, psychological care, etc.) and specifically address instances of neglect arising from their vulnerability. \- Convey the Foundation’s ethical values and other socially recognized values, such as solidarity, respect, freedom, dignity, coexistence, autonomy, responsibility, gender equality, among others. \- Address conflict through prevention and educational intervention tailored to the adolescent’s needs, personal development process, individual characteristics, and peer group dynamics within the center. \- Promote social skills to foster autonomy and socialization through daily life and by utilizing social resources and activities. \- Motivate academic, vocational, and professional learning by facilitating appropriate resources. \- Participate alongside the adolescent in daily life activities—including, but not limited to, domestic tasks—as an educational tool and to foster habit formation. \- Uphold the center’s educational approach and participate in developing, implementing, and reviewing the center’s educational project, internal regulations, programming, reports, and other documents. \- Accompany the adolescent to external resources and services according to their individual plan, and assume responsibility for guardianship and education during: school parent meetings, vocational or professional training activities, medical appointments, hospital stays, leisure activities, judicial procedures, etc. \- Know, monitor, and coordinate with the network of educational, social, cultural, health, and leisure resources—particularly those available in the territory where the center is located. * Experience: 1 year.
