Position Summary: Social educator to promote autonomy and social reintegration of adults at risk of exclusion, conducting assessments and designing individualized work plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with the care network and team A company based in Montgat seeks a Social Educator with a minimum of one year’s experience working with adults at risk of social exclusion, to work in a day center. Training in addictions and dual pathology will be valued. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education is required, along with intermediate/advanced computer skills and proficiency in Catalan/Spanish (English is recommended). The position offers an indefinite part-time contract of 30 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 to 13:00, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 15:30. Annual gross salary: €19,813.31. Immediate start. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the autonomy and social reintegration of individuals undergoing treatment and their families. Duties include: conducting social assessment interviews to identify individuals’ needs; jointly designing and monitoring, with the person undergoing treatment, their individual work plan; facilitating learning, personal and social development processes to promote inclusion and active participation in society; conducting group and individual activities aimed at daily living skills, social skills, and relapse prevention; involving families and caregivers in the treatment process; coordinating with the organization’s care network and cross-cutting services; and collaborating in a coordinated manner with the program team. * Experience: 12 months.
