We are currently seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead our operators and provide direction and motivation to employees to achieve outstanding performance aligned with our objectives in Safety, People, Productivity, Quality, Sustainability and Service. You will be responsible for people and team development, ensuring that goods and services are produced according to cost, quality and customer service requirements: Responsibilities: * + Ensure a safe workplace for all employees, achieving performance above factory standards in accordance with internal strategy and legal requirements; + Support and implement the shift production plan; + Continuously increase productivity of production lines; + Be responsible for food safety strategy on the plant floor: lead by example, drive excellence across all areas; + Demonstrate strong leadership and provide coaching to direct reports in their development and performance; + Be a role model and ensure that standards, behaviors and values are respected by all employees. Qualifications: * University degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management or related field. * Experience in people management within a technical environment. * The ideal candidate combines a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills with a results-oriented approach. * Develop initiatives and create creative solutions when problems arise. * Digital skills. * High level of English.
