




Sociolaboral accompaniment and intervention with staff with disabilities, supporting their incorporation, retention, and professional development across various centers. Responsibilities include developing Individualized Sociolaboral Support Plans (ISSPs), based on diagnostic assessments and evaluation of intervention strategies. Expected to identify and develop training programs in collaboration with other departments to enhance both professional and personal skills. Also expected to promote professional progression initiatives, including labor market prospecting, intermediation, and support during transition into the open labor market. A degree in Social Work is required; other qualifications related to Social Sciences are valued. Experience in vocational guidance, functional diversity, and mediation is desirable. Knowledge of sign language is valued. Priority will be given to candidates with disabilities or IPT status. A valid driver’s license and availability to travel to workplaces across Asturias are required. An indefinite full-time contract is offered.
