Because we believe that, to build a better future, we must first do it with people who feel good. **YOUR MISSION AT ORMAZABAL** Your role will be critical in ensuring the definition, implementation, and improvement of production processes — guaranteeing compliance with required quality standards while ensuring efficiency, productivity, ergonomics, and safety — as well as industrializing new products, processes, equipment programming, and/or industrial installations and/or equipment. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1\.\-Ensure the proper functioning of the production system by controlling, managing, and improving production processes through analysis, maintenance, and monitoring of performance indicators, defining the manufacturing process, and preparing related documentation. 2\. Coordinate Lean Manufacturing projects, setting objectives and deploying the organization-defined tracking and communication tools. 3\. Lead process improvement meetings, reviewing processes to enhance efficiency, facilitating material and ergonomic resources to boost productivity, and establishing an action plan to ensure successful implementation of improvements. 4\. Manage industrialization projects for new products, processes, installations, and/or industrial equipment in the most efficient and productive manner aligned with customer requirements. 5\. Actively collaborate in resolving issues identified during follow-up meetings, providing technical support and assistance to guarantee required quality. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training in Electronics; Industrial Engineering degree (preferably in Electronics and Organization). * **Precision and Attention to Detail:** You’ll follow well-defined technical procedures where your ability to detect errors or ensure correct assembly will make the difference. * **Basic Knowledge of Tools and Software:** Electrical schematic design and interpretation. Definition of industrial processes. Lean and Kaizen methodologies. ODP product. Project Management. Electricity. Electronics.
