




Position Summary: Occupational monitors for the STO-SOI service, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental disorders to enhance personal, social, and professional autonomy. The Altem Private Foundation, a social entity dedicated to supporting and including people with disabilities, is seeking Occupational Monitors for our STO-SOI service. Occupational monitors provide support, accompaniment, and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental disorders to strengthen their personal, social, and vocational autonomy. They foster skill acquisition processes and facilitate participation in occupational, pre-employment, and socio-labor integration activities. You will be part of a purpose-driven project and help us build a more inclusive and fair society for everyone. **Responsibilities:** **Occupational Therapy Area (STO)** * Plan, implement, and facilitate occupational workshops (crafts, handicrafts, daily living skills, ICT, creative activities, etc.). * Promote autonomy in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): hygiene, nutrition, mobility, personal management. * Provide individualized support following the Individual Support Plan (ISP). * Promote self-determination and active participation of the individual. * Ensure emotional and relational well-being of the group. * Record incidents, progress, and participation of each user. **Vocational Guidance and Integration Area (SOI)** * Identify each person’s interests, skills, and needs related to the labor market. * Develop pre-employment workshops and training in social skills and vocational competencies. * Support external internships or real work environments (accompaniment, follow-up, communication with employers). * Participate in developing and monitoring Integration Plans and Individual Support Plans (ISP). * Coordinate with vocational counselors and other professionals within the service. **Additional Tasks** * Participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary coordination spaces. * Contribution to drafting technical reports and assessments. * Management of workshop materials and spaces. * Promotion of community-based and inclusive activities. * Support in organizing events, outings, and external activities. **Requirements** * Vocational training cycles in the social field (Social Integration) or university degree in Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Occupational Therapy, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in third-sector organizations is highly valued. * Knowledge of intellectual disability and mental disorders, as well as their inclusion needs. * Ability to accompany others, work in teams, organize and facilitate groups, and adopt a person-centered approach with respect for diversity. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Offered** * Substitute contract with prospects for stability. * Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 09:00 to 18:15, and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Salary: €22,500.00–€24,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
