What are the responsibilities of this position? * Establish and maintain a robust Magnaflux process. * Monitor machines and other products and measuring instruments. * Perform and document measurements and inspections using Magnaflux. * Issue and sign certifications for parts that have passed Magnaflux. * Receive materials and products arriving at Magnaflux. \- At Erreka **SMART FASTENING**, we are seeking a **Magnaflux** technician to operate in the final production phase to verify that the produced screws are adequate. What are the responsibilities of this position? * Implementation and maintenance of the Magnaflux process. * Maintenance of machines and other products and measuring instruments. * Execution and documentation of measurements and inspections using Magnaflux. * Issuance and signing of certifications for parts that have passed Magnaflux. * Receipt of materials and products arriving at Magnaflux. **ACADEMIC TRAINING** * Higher vocational training cycle * Relevant certification for magnetic particle testing **LANGUAGES** Basque **ADDITIONAL TRAINING** * Knowledge of the production process * Knowledge of quality * Knowledge of calibration * Knowledge of NDT, particularly in-depth knowledge of magnetic particle testing. * Possession and maintenance of AEND Level 2 certification \- **ACADEMIC TRAINING** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle * Magnetic Particle Testing Certification **LANGUAGES** Basque **ADDITIONAL TRAINING** * Knowledge of the production process * Knowledge of quality * Knowledge of calibration * Knowledge of NDT, especially in-depth knowledge of magnetic particle testing. * Possession and maintenance of AEND Level 2 certification
