Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes Job Description As an **HR Technician** in our company, you will be responsible for supporting the management of various Human Resources areas, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper implementation of processes related to human talent management. Your responsibilities will include personnel administration and payroll management, as well as resolution of labor conflicts and promotion of a positive work environment. Responsibilities: * Registering, deregistering, and adjusting working hours with Social Security * Drafting and managing employment contracts * Monitoring and tracking sick leaves, vacations, etc. * Processing payrolls (SAGE software) and social security contributions via SILTRA * Applying and complying with current labor regulations * Liaising with official agencies (INSS, SEPE, TGSS, GEROA, etc.) * Monthly filing of Form 111 * Resolving incidents and advising employees on labor-related matters Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience as an HR Technician or in a similar role * Knowledge and experience using SAGE * Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR processes * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field * Proficiency in IT tools and HR management systems will be considered an advantage.
