




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative support for the Personnel Selection and Hiring department, responsible for managing job postings, preliminary CV screening, and candidate scheduling. Preparation of employment contracts and administrative procedures We are looking for a person to provide administrative support to the Personnel Selection and Hiring department. Tasks will include posting job vacancies on various platforms, conducting preliminary CV screening, scheduling candidates for selection processes, and preparing employment contracts. The role also entails processing Social Security registrations and cancellations, as well as other departmental administrative tasks. This position, located near the Pacífico and Puente de Vallecas metro stations in Madrid, operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 15:30. A six-month initial contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. For this position, a university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Labor Relations is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; knowledge of A3\-Nom is desirable.
