We are seeking a person to serve as the Home Help Service Coordinator in Palencia. Main responsibilities will include managing the team of area coordinators, directly supervising staff performance to ensure service quality, and preparing detailed technical reports on service delivery and assessment, as required. The role also involves resolving conflicts, managing incidents, conducting home visits when necessary, and continuously evaluating staff to promote improvement. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee billing and organize the center’s social work activities. A degree in Social Work (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) is required; additional training in Home Help Services and prior experience in similar roles is desirable. Knowledge of relevant regulations, proficiency with Home Help Service (SAD) management tools, and a valid driver’s license will be valued. The working schedule is 35.5 hours per week, with specific hours, and the contract is temporary, covering a leave of absence lasting approximately two months.
