Main duties will include telephone and in-person customer service, with specialization in cases involving functional diversity and family support. Responsibilities also cover monthly billing management, quarterly expense control, and scheduling for professionals. Additionally, the role involves processing documents, managing emails, and maintaining effective communication with companies to handle purchases and coordinate assistance for customers. A full-time position is offered. The standard working schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 16:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30.
