Kitchen staff supervision DESCRIPTION The **ASSOCIATION'S CAFETERIA**, specialized in supporting and integrating people with disabilities, requires a **COOK** in **BOIRO**. **OFFERED:** * **STABLE** position. * **ROTATING SHIFTS:** * Shift 1: 7:30–16:00 (1 hour for lunch), Monday–Friday * Shift 2: 9:30–14:30, Monday–Friday * Shift 3: 14:20–22:00 (1 hour for lunch) * Holidays and weekends: 9:00–18:00 (1 hour for lunch). * **SALARY: €1,700 GROSS/MONTH (12 payments per year)**. * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Meal preparation, menu planning, etc. * Placing orders and maintaining records. * Monitoring according to reference parameters (expiration dates, refrigeration temperatures, pH and chlorine levels). * Supervision of kitchen staff. Cleaning of kitchen, office, and storage area. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **1 YEAR** of experience as a Cook. * Professional training in Hospitality and Tourism is desirable. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training and Food Handler’s Certificate are desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Barbanza area and/or willingness to relocate if required.
