**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire an **Industrial Safety Manager** within the global Real Estate department, who may be based at the offices in **Beasain** or **Zamudio.** **Mission** Ensure that all Ingeteam facilities and assets comply with Industrial Safety regulations, driving continuous improvement, prevention, and coordination between technical and Health & Safety teams to protect people, assets, and the company's reputation. **Functions** * Ensure regulatory compliance regarding Industrial Safety in offices, plants, and warehouses. * Develop, implement, and maintain internal procedures and standards. * Coordinate inspections, audits, and resulting action plans. * Provide technical advice to the Real Estate and Health & Safety departments, acting as the internal reference point. * Centralize and report Industrial Safety indicators and reports, proposing improvements. * Manage relationships with official agencies, auditors, and specialized suppliers. * Participate in new projects and investments, ensuring early integration of safety criteria. * Promote preventive training and culture across the entire organization. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. * Proven experience of over 5 years in Industrial Safety management, preferably in industrial or multi-site environments. * Solid knowledge of regulations applicable to facilities and real estate assets. * Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional teamwork skills. * Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced level of English; additional languages will be valued. * Availability for occasional travel.
