Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class technician for renovation and tiling work, personnel supervision, and compliance with construction safety regulations. Key Points: 1. Work in the construction sector We are looking for qualified professionals to work as first-class technicians in the construction sector. Main responsibilities include carrying out renovation and tiling work, preparing materials, and supervising assistants and laborers on site. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of tools and equipment available on site is essential. At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position is required, along with specific training in occupational risk prevention (minimum 20 hours for construction), a valid driver’s license, and personal vehicle for commuting. Immediate availability to start is an important requirement. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, at a gross hourly rate of €13.26. There is a real possibility that the contract may become indefinite with the company.
