The **Aras de Lucena Geriatric Residence**, located in **Lucena (Córdoba)**, is recruiting an **Integrated Maintenance Technician** to be responsible for the general and preventive maintenance of the center’s facilities. We seek a **professional, versatile candidate with proven experience**, capable of autonomously handling routine incidents occurring in a socio-healthcare center. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive maintenance of the building and its facilities. * Electrical work (basic-to-intermediate technical level). * Plumbing, masonry, carpentry, locksmithing, and painting tasks. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Identification of incidents and proposal of solutions. * Coordination and supervision of external companies, as required. * Ensuring that all facilities comply with applicable regulations and safety standards. **Essential Requirements** * Demonstrable experience in integrated building maintenance. * Solid knowledge of **electricity, plumbing, and masonry**, as well as familiarity with other technical areas. * Ability to work **autonomously, methodically, and responsibly**. * Strong sense of responsibility and prevention. * Good interpersonal skills and sensitivity when working with elderly people. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in geriatric residences, healthcare centers, or similar settings. * Technical training or professional certifications. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer** * Integration into a stable and well-established center. * A position of responsibility within the team. * A positive working environment. * Employment conditions to be determined according to experience and profile. * Possibility of long-term stability. **Workplace:** Lucena (Córdoba) Position Type: Full-time Salary: €1,200.00–€1,400.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
