Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurants and accommodation facilities in perfect condition, as part of a close-knit team. We are looking for a proactive and versatile Maintenance Technician eager to join a close-knit team, ensuring our restaurants and accommodation facilities remain in perfect condition and always ready to deliver the best experience to our customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Grupo Ohana’s restaurants and accommodation premises. * Repairs related to electricity, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and painting. * Inspection and maintenance of electric water heaters, air conditioning units, and household appliances. * Daily incident handling and resolution. * Coordination with external suppliers when required. * Basic control of tools and materials. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of **2 years**’ experience as a maintenance technician. * General knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Valid driving license category B (mandatory). * Prior experience in the restaurant, hotel, or tourist apartment sector is desirable. * Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented individual. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Technical training or vocational education (FP) in a related field. * Basic knowledge of climate control systems. * Experience in preventive maintenance. * Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality work.
