Real possibility of expansion to full-time employment Maintenance Technician – Rent-to-Rent Company (Part-Time with Potential Expansion to Full-Time) A growing company specializing in the management and operation of residential properties under the Rent-to-Rent model is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain our properties. Job Description The selected candidate will initially join on a part-time basis, with a real possibility of expanding to full-time employment within the coming months, depending on performance and project evolution. We seek a proactive, organized individual capable of swiftly and professionally managing property-related incidents. Main Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of residential properties. * Basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor fixes. * Periodic inspections of property conditions. * Preparation of residential units between tenant move-ins and move-outs. * Coordination with external suppliers for technical repairs. * Efficient management and prompt resolution of incidents. Minimum Requirements (Mandatory) * Prior experience in residential property maintenance or similar. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, and DIY. * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in rental or apartment management. * Autonomy and strong planning skills. * Flexible availability. * Personal tools.
