Main responsibilities include menu, meal, and cocktail development. A basic professional qualification in Cooking and Food Service and a food handling certificate are mandatory. Working hours are split shifts: 11:00–16:00 and 20:00–23:00. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary of €1,880 paid in 12 installments, plus two extra payments.
