How will your day-to-day be at Secure&IT? * Act as the first point of contact for receiving and handling support tickets. * Classify and prioritize tickets according to established procedures. * Diagnose and resolve support tickets in accordance with defined procedures. * Perform security analysis on the various monitored elements. * Handle and resolve incidents related to security components (Antivirus, EDR, Firewall, Antispam...) * Provide effective solutions and document steps taken for resolution. * Escalate complex or critical issues to higher support levels when necessary.
