Main responsibilities will include comprehensive case file processing, managing each stage from initiation to conclusion. You will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient planning and smooth communication. Incident tracking and prompt resolution will be key aspects of the role, requiring high attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Additionally, you will manage billing and maintain continuous communication with insurance companies. This aspect is fundamental to the administrative and financial operation of the project. Prior experience in public-facing roles—especially within healthcare or insurance companies—will be highly valued. Proficiency in office software is essential. Temporary contract. Previous experience in public-facing roles is required. Experience working with patients and insurance companies will be particularly valued. Good office software skills. Training in Intermediate Vocational Education (CFGM), Higher Vocational Education (CFGS) in Administration, or Business Administration and Management (ADE) will be considered an advantage.
