Below are all the details about this role. Your **mission**: you will **drive sales growth** and **profitability** of the store, and **lead** the commercial and operational team to **achieve established targets**. Your key **responsibilities**: * **Ensure implementation of commercial strategies** to increase market share. * **Manage customer relationships**, offering tailored solutions. * **Analyze sales and competitiveness data** to make strategic decisions. * **Optimize operational processes** to improve efficiency and service quality. * **Develop your team**, fostering a culture of excellence and customer orientation.
