Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to improve the autonomy and quality of life of elderly people through therapeutic activities and cognitive stimulation. Key Points: 1. Improvement of the autonomy and functionality of elderly people 2. Cognitive and psychomotor stimulation, leisure promotion, and family support 3. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of users' progress We are looking for a professional to work as an Occupational Therapist in a geriatric center located in Siero (Asturias). Among the main responsibilities is improving the autonomy, functionality, and quality of life of elderly people through therapeutic activities tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include cognitive and psychomotor stimulation, leisure promotion and social participation, as well as support for family members. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of users' progress will be carried out. A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent qualification is required. This position offers a one-year temporary employment contract with full-time working hours. Working days are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00. Salary and employment conditions comply with the Eighth State Framework Agreement on Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
