Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic activities aimed at maintaining and improving residents' autonomy and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with the interdisciplinary team **Occupational Therapist – Etxeko Beroa Residence, Vitoria\-Gasteiz** At **Etxeko Beroa Residence**, located at **Portal de Foronda nº 15, Vitoria\-Gasteiz**, we are looking to hire an **Occupational Therapist** to join our care team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering therapeutic activities designed to maintain and improve residents’ autonomy, functionality, and physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. We seek a professional with a vocation for caring for older adults, strong teamwork skills, sensitivity, responsibility, and commitment to close, high-quality care. **Main Responsibilities:** * Functional assessment of residents. * Design and implementation of individualized and group occupational therapy programs. * Cognitive stimulation, psychomotor activities, and activities supporting autonomy maintenance. * Coordination with the center’s interdisciplinary team. * Monitoring residents’ progress and documenting interventions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. * Professional registration, if applicable. * Prior experience in residential or socio-healthcare facilities will be valued. * Empathetic, organized individual with strong communication skills.
