From El Racó de Cardedeu, we are seeking maintenance staff for our senior residence. Responsibilities will include ensuring and overseeing facility maintenance and resident transportation. Requirements: * Vocational training qualification (Medium-level FP) – Technician in Maintenance or related fields. * Must have a personal vehicle and reside locally. * Prior experience performing similar duties. We offer: * Contract for excess production. * Part-time schedule. * Monthly gross salary between €600 and €800, paid in 12 installments. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
