We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising the company's labor relations, ensuring proper management of personnel administration processes, promoting a work environment aligned with current regulations, and fostering a positive workplace climate. * Implementing Maier Group's human resource management policies: recruitment, performance evaluation, training and development, internal communication. * Managing the company's occupational prevention and health, establishing appropriate mechanisms to stay informed of updates to applicable legal requirements in this area. **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Law, Economics) and complementary postgraduate studies in human resource management **Experience:** 3 years in a similar role within an industrial company **Languages:** English Desirable: Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
