We are looking for a **First Officer for the Workshop**, with proven experience, to join our team. The selected person will be responsible for the daily production of products, ensuring quality, compliance with recipes, and hygiene and food safety standards. ***Main responsibilities:*** \- Production of workshop products following established recipes and processes. \- Preparation, kneading, fermentation, and baking of products. \- Control of raw materials and proper storage of products. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. \- Supporting the daily organization of workshop tasks and coordinating with the rest of the team when necessary.
