**Metrology Technician – Aluminum Injection Industry (Gipuzkoa)** **Location:** Gipuzkoa **Full-time | On-site** **Sector:** Automotive / casting / machining **About us** Industrial company dedicated to **aluminum injection** for the automotive industry. We focus on quality, stability, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced metrology professional to operate and program our **MMC Mitutoyo**, ensuring reliable and autonomous dimensional control for production. **Responsibilities** * Programming and operation of **Mitutoyo MMC CMM** * Development of **automated measurement programs** for production ("one\-touch" measurement) * Preparation of dimensional reports (PPAP, ISIR, prototypes, production) * Equipment and gauge control and calibration * Dimensional analysis and support to quality and production * Improvement of measurement routines and processes * Support during mold start-up and process adjustments **Requirements** * Proven experience in industrial metrology * Proficiency with **MMC Mitutoyo** (preferably using **MCOSMOS** / GEOPAK / CAT1000P) * Ability to **program automatic cycles** * Advanced level in reading technical drawings and GD\&T tolerances * Organized, precise, and analytical mindset * English skills are a plus **Desirable** * Experience in automotive sector / IATF16949 * Familiarity with measuring arms or laser systems * Knowledge of SPC and MSA * Experience with cast/machined parts **We offer** * Stable position within a serious, technology-driven industrial environment * Training and development in advanced metrology * Technical autonomy and opportunity to contribute * Positive work environment and culture of continuous improvement **How to apply** Send your CV to: **andres@spool.es** Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: 30\.000,00€\-35\.000,00€ per month Work location: On-site position
