We’re looking for a Real Estate Specialist to be at the forefront of Revolut’s expansion and contribute directly to the company’s rapid growth. Let’s get in touch. **What you'll be doing*** Overseeing the delivery of office fit\-out and construction projects from concept through completion * Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure on\-time and on\-budget delivery * Coordinating external consultants, contractors, architects, and project managers across multiple locations * Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate workplace requirements into buildable design solutions * Managing tender processes, contractor selection, and commercial aspects of construction delivery * Monitoring site progress, quality, and health and safety compliance throughout the construction phase * Leading regular project status updates, risk reviews, and issue resolution with internal and external partners * Managing change control, cost reporting, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinating handover, snagging, and close\-out processes to ensure operational readiness * Collaborating with Facilities, IT, Security, Legal, and Workplace teams to deliver fully functional office environments **What you'll need*** 4\+ years of experience overseeing office fit\-out, construction, or real estate delivery projects * Expertise managing contractors, consultants, and construction programmes * A solid understanding of fit\-out and construction processes, including design development, procurement, and build phases * Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and project reporting * The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment * Solid stakeholder management and communication skills * The ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to completion * Confidence holding partners accountable for milestones, quality, and delivery standards **Nice to have*** Experience delivering projects across multiple countries or regions * A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a property\-related discipline * Experience working in high\-growth, fast\-scaling organisations * Familiarity with workplace, office, or commercial interior fit\-out standards *Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
