In this position, you will play a key role in supervising and operating plastic injection machinery. Your responsibility will be to ensure that production processes run efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for basic preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, material preparation, control of injection parameters, and identification and resolution of issues arising during production. Your daily tasks will involve handling various types of plastics and molds, continuously monitoring the quality of manufactured products, and collaborating with the production team to improve workflow efficiency. We seek someone who thoroughly understands plastic injection principles and pays close attention to detail to guarantee consistency and quality in every part.
