From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks related to machinery and facilities. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Maintenance and repair of overhead cranes: bearings, gearboxes, cables, automation systems, etc. * Maintenance of small industrial vehicles: forklifts, dumpers, etc. * Preservation and maintenance of the concrete plant: conveyor belts, silos, hoppers, scales, batching equipment, etc. * Maintenance of hydraulic systems: solenoid valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic power units. * Operation and supervision of steam boilers, compressors, and pumps. * Review of overhead crane checklists. * Participation in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines. * Collaboration with other departments to ensure uninterrupted production. * Proposing technical improvements to optimize machinery performance. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent professional development opportunities within a company recognized as a leader in the construction sector and grounded in strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Higher vocational training qualification or medium-level vocational training qualification. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics. * Effective communication skills. * Responsibility and commitment to occupational health and safety (PRL). * Teamwork orientation. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and proposing solutions. * Work discipline and organization. * Advanced level of Spanish. \#LI\-SM1
