Description
We are seeking a person to join as a kitchen assistant at a residential care center, as part of a team that works with attentiveness and closeness. The main responsibilities include assisting the head cook in food preparation and cooking, as well as plating and assembling meal carts for service. You will also support order reception, verifying that products arrive in good condition and are stored properly. Another key responsibility is assisting in implementing the kitchen’s cleaning and disinfection plan—including facilities and utensils—in compliance with established safety and hygiene regulations.
A temporary full-time contract with rotating shifts is offered. A minimum of six months’ experience in similar roles—preferably in restaurants, hospitals, or senior residential facilities—is valued. Relevant culinary training and knowledge of food handling or use of chemical cleaning products are also considered. The work takes place in a collaborative environment focused on residents’ well-being and mutual peer support, with working conditions that facilitate work-life balance and professional development.
