Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Carry out cold room and freezer controls, food receiving procedures, temperature monitoring, and inventory management. Supervise inventory control and prevent waste. Allergen control. Control and organization of storage rooms and cold rooms. Verify the quality of received ingredients and products.
