**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation activities, seeks to hire 1 Technical Engineer or Graduate in Forestry or Agricultural Engineering to support plant production activities at the Maceda nursery and provide technical assistance related to forest plant production in Maceda (Ourense). **Workplace** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Maceda **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Improve productive processes at the Maceda nursery * Develop IoT solutions to enhance monitoring and automation of nursery management and control * Contribute to implementing the new ERP system for the Maceda nursery * Assist with plant production at the nursery * Support administrative tasks related to plant production within the improvement program (reservations, orders, etc.) **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as requiring additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree (Level 2 MECES) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in fields required for this position: + Agricultural Engineering + Forestry Engineering ### **Previous Experience** * Minimum 6 months of work experience under an employment contract in forestry-related activities ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B * Availability for occasional travel throughout Spain **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in plant production at nurseries * Additional training in sensor-based control systems #### **Languages** * English Level: A1 ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 month up to 2 years of experience in forest plant production at nurseries (experience under an employment contract) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Knowledge of R\+D projects * Knowledge of genetic improvement projects **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 11 months. + Full-time working hours + Expected start date in September + Salary according to collective agreement The application submission period is open from today, 11/08/2026, until 24/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
