Training in basic safety, forklifts, elevated platforms and working at heights. Continuous training in preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated and electrical systems is desirable. Basic level of English. Technical skills: Diagnosis and analysis of failures in industrial equipment. Execution of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. Handling of manual, electric tools and specialized equipment. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and manuals. Spare parts and tools management. Strict application of industrial safety regulations. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Knowledge of computer tools and SCADA systems. Interpersonal skills: Collaborative work with operators, supervisors and external companies. Clear and effective communication, especially in critical situations. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environments. Responsibility and reliability. Autonomy and proactivity.
