




* Assemble, prepare, and restock the butcher's counter. * Sell and properly serve customers at the butcher's counter. * Assemble and disassemble counter machinery. * Knowledge of traceability regulations, GMP, cleaning standards, and mandatory self-control records: * Price labeling * Maintenance of product separators by category * Maintenance of labels for processed products and beef. Traceability tracking * Maintain the counter in proper order and cleanliness throughout the workday, including final cleaning and disassembly. * Report to the Assistant or Section Manager anything necessary for the proper functioning of the counter. * Knowledge and preparation of various types of counter-prepared items: breaded meats, stuffed meats/rotis. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, working 5 days per week. **Duration:** Three months with possibility of extension. **Workload:** Full-time **Professional experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience **Education:** Basic education. A personal means of transportation is required to reach the workplace.
